In item from dates re-loaded from session data are wrongly assumed to be in UTC+0 timezone #1024

This effects not the flexicontent date field but it effects the dates in the publishing TAB

The result is that, every time the form reloads due to an server side validation error, the dates are shifted by the +N hours of the timezone
