[j4] Quick navigation on backend #1034

this night i have an idea for flexicontent backend especialy for j4 move side bar in a dropdown (bs5 component) the new administration is thinked for sidebar menu in joomla and flexicontent sidebar isn't realy adapt i propose to add a quick navigation button with a dropdown and all link inside Before 2022-02-17_21h43_14 After 2022-02-17_21h43_52 2022-02-17_21h47_39

First step IS doing sidebar IS removed to j4
