update sh404sef for 4SEF #1070

hello sfh404sef is discountinued on j4 now its called 4sef new system is here : https://weeblr.com/doc/products.forsef/current/plugins/ for now flexicontent + sh404sef migration works but new url doesn't use 4sef rules
