Many problem with temporary table

we have many problem with temporary table

• after update to j4 some user are blocked on post install action
• many user have to update message without explain just after add some item

i do a small workarround for user in forum => disable itemcount in controller.php and no more message ... @ggppdk

Some adding about this that happen only in locale server like wamp or laragon
