After upgrading to Joomla 4: unable to edit old items #1097

we can't edit the olds items every time we edit one item, we get this error:

Joomla\Filter\InputFilter::__construct(): Argument #1 ($tagsArray) must be of type array, null given, called in /home/customer/www/domain.ext/public_html/libraries/src/Filter/InputFilter.php on line 69

If we create a new item, we can use it, edit it, etc.

I looked at the tags field and it seems searching all the time. (maybe that helps)
