Yes that a good choice already added in joomla. Juste need to check : Time to do Compatibility Functionnality Rétro compatibility

Seems good.

In my frontend builds - I use TinySlider as my carousel because it has adaptive height.

For prettycheckable - I think CSS support is good now for radio and checkboxes - so perhaps abandon it.

The newest fancybox is no longer free. So could go with glightbox.

plupload is super unfriendly to use. So - would be the top of my list to get rid of. Uppy?

I'm not sure if I have the skills or time to implement it though.
