Enhance textarea field to be able to use tinymce 4 without a Joomla call, and select from a preconfigured set of configurations #314

Add ability to the textarea field to:

Load tinymce 4 without doing a joomla call
Allow selecting from preconfigured set of configurations e.g. initialize only with basic button (b,i,list, bullet)
Finally allow advanced users to edit a sample tinymce configuration, thus adding/removing specific buttons
