Built-in reviews work is mostly implemented this work, should be finished in v3.1 or v3.0.x

we could also make revoting harder by adding browser cookie with the item ids that the user has voted for Now it is possible to re-vote if:
closing the browser window and re-opening it (or using different browser)
and if some user from different IP has voted for the same item
