There are players who play Freelancer: HD Edition on very wide monitors, sometimes even triple 16:9 monitors. As a result, the HUD Shift plugin automatically shifts the UI elements to the left and right edges of the screen. Since the UI elements are very far apart like this, navigating through the UI may become more difficult. Therefore, we should add options to the installer to use default 4:3 and 16:9 presets. This way people with wide monitors can choose to set their HUD at a fixed position for 4:3 or 16:9, so their in-game resolution is still native, but the UI elements are not that far apart anymore.
