Uninstall exe wipes vanilla Freelancer directory #135

One player reported a bug that causes the HDE uninstaller to also wipe the vanilla FL directory besides the HDE folder. This needs to be investigated.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue; whenever I run the mod's uninstaller it only deletes the HDE folder. Could somebody else give it a go?
