Windowed modes option #88

This pull request adds the following:

Code cleanup (also prevented some warnings during compiling)
Improved documentation
Added an option for windowed and fullscreen windowed mode
Added an option for keeping Freelancer running when the window isn't focused
Increase window size slightly
Element position updates to make more use of the extra space
Improved progress bar accuracy
Made all Y-positions in the UI relative
Adjust bit depth in the best settings profile
