New Freelancer logo upscales #176

For the Freelancer: HD Edition logo, we currently just use a standard-sized vanilla logo with the HDE text. Some users have pointed out that this icon looks a bit blurry on some desktops. Therefore, it would be a good idea to upscale the vanilla icon and replace the exe's .ico with it.

Our upscaled startup screens with the Freelancer logo have been upscaled a long time ago and it might be possible to make them better with newer and more up-to-date upscaling models.
