Add asteroid bands to sun exclusions in whole-system-asteroid fields #190

This adds exclusion bands around the sun’s exclusion zones of Bering, Omega-41, Tau-31 and Tau-23. Those bands are using cull_mode = 2 so only their sun-facing side is visible. Also their fade distances was set up so they are mostly just visible when you are at the edge of the sun’s exclusion zones. Same cull-mode and fade added for Tau-31 Harris exclusion band, too.

I like these. Parameters like height, fade, and color_shift, did you determine those based on the relevant asteroid fields and other exclusion bands in FL? I was looking for values that could potentially be modified to make the exclusion bands look even better.

I have adjusted those based on a generalized calculation that kind of kept FL's own measurements for FLSR, but also always checking for general looks. FL usually went for very inconsistent ranges on bands, and their sizes too. Don't ask me what they are based on.
