Move hardpoints of Hakkera's BW Fighter in Tekagis Scene #243

Hakkera's BW FIGHTER (and possibly others) used in cutscenes used the ancient hardpoints for CM and MINE and THRUSTER on the model still. I updated those to fit the release version's Dagger.

Why were Hpxx01 and Hpxx02 added and HpThruster02 removed?

Since FL's first days devs seemed to have counted in two thrusters per ship. See any old E3 videos or ancient pictures. But they have changed this; and for the Dagger they have apparently kept those hardpoints as "xx"-slot for whatever.
