Move Mission Vignette in Omega 3 to not cut Sun Death Zone. This can lead to issues where NPCs get spawned in this area and instantly die. grafik

There is a similar issue present in Omicron Gamma where NPCs can spawn very close to the sun. However, I don't know whether in this case the mission vignette also intersects with the sun's death zone.

Not sure if there was something like that in Edinburgh, too. Probably it is better to check every system for it even if it means some effort to do at first.

I have found multiple occasions where this issue could potentially happen and tried to fix them as good as possible.
