Berlin Commodity Trader fans not animated #256

Berlin Commodity Trader's room's fans are not animated. But the model indeed has an animation sc_rotate_fan. The model is called rh_bizmark_trader.cmp

I quickly looked at most rooms in the game and discovered some more instances of the cmp file having a fan animation defined which is never used. I'll push the fixes in a bit. It wouldn't be a bad idea to inspect every room carefully to see if there are more unused animations.
