FLIF Gentoo Overlay PSA #322

This is more a PSA than an issue. I maintain my own Gentoo overlay lehi-overlay that contains some utilities that haven't been added to Layman or the main Portage tree and I included FLIF a little while ago. Since there was that v0.2.2 release recently, I figured I'd tell everyone working on this project that FLIF can be installed and managed by Portage if that overlay is added.

P.S. I'm working on a wrapper - called "riff" - for FLIF in Racket. I'm using it on a separate branch (for now) in my image viewer Ivy.
