Decoding failure sometimes get duplicated callbacks #433

  1. Get my debug branch https://github.com/SaschaNaz/FLIF/tree/viewflif

  3. viewflif test.flif
  4. You will see:
Decode is not over, got quality: 9
Invalid tree. Aborting tree decoding.
File probably truncated in the middle of MANIAC tree representation. Interpolating.
Decode is over, got quality: 9
