Lay out all widget in 'Select components from shapefile layers' dialog #1339

@FLO-2DKaren,

Please review this dialog to ensure that all internal widgets are aligned properly without any cuts or displacements. It's OK on two of my computers with different resolutions. Could you check it in yours as well?.
