Hide (disabled) column in table of Inlets/Junctions and Storage Units dialogs.

Previously, the (disabled) colummn was 'Ponded Area'

Simple fix. Tested and verified. Able to merge.

Deleting the column instead of hiding it was also considered and tested during opening/closing of dialogs, reading/writing FLO-2D files, converting from user to schematized tables and vice versa. This option is not viable currently because requires many changes to the code that uses relative positions of all the columns.
