@FLO-2DKaren I added this message when an user tries to load a .qgz project into FLO-2D Gila. What do you think?

I also fixed an annoying bug when you open a project that has some layers that where path-disconnected and you click to remove them. I tested in many situations and all seems to be working fine.

This is done on https://github.com/FLO-2DSoftware/qgis-flo-2d-plugin/pull/1525

I did not merge it because if you want to change something on the message, it'll be easier to fix on the branch.
