RAINCELL.DAT - .asc files under Real Rainfall folder #578

The FLO-2D Plugin has a toggle checkbox for Realtime Rainfall. Under it is a button called “Import Realtime Rainfall ASCII files”. The instructions in the Plugin User Manual says to create an .rfc file and select the directory where the NEXRAD data is stored. No matter which .asc files are listed in rain.rfc, all .asc files in the NEXRAD directory are processed into text data in the RAINCELL.DAT file. The clearest evidence of this is summation rainfall file, for example 0005min_ppt_spas1436_sum_SPCS.asc, is processed as a rainfall depth in RAINCELL.DAT.

@FCDMC-SPB Should we make this change to the manuals or to the program. I think we agreed manuals during the meeting.

Manuals updated. Rain catalog still needed for first line.
