Add tags and ui_metadata to flows docs. #52

We've added properties to the Block section proposing these additions:

tags
ui_metadata
- canvas_coordinates
- x
- y
- invalid_response_exit_behaviour
- 'end_call'
- 'continue_through_default'

Hi @bzabos , I've updated the PR to reflect the discussion above. I think we should merge this in if there is no further feedback? The addition of tags to blocks are optional, so would be a backwards compatible minor-version change, but changing exit.tag to exit.name would be a major version change. I think we can combine this with any other final major changes when we drop the release-candidate (rc.1) and go to the final public 1.0 release.
