Person Entity CSV import and multiple Department affiliations

I'm leaving this note for me to go back and look at. I need to look up the MADS schema and see whether the schema allows the way Islandora forms and CSV batch import of Person Entities associates a Person Entity with multiple department Organization Entities.

Both Person Entity CSV Import and the default form, the Scholar MADS form, will store multiple departments as something like

First affiliationSecond affiliation

. There isn't a way to use the software to store it like

First affiliationSecond affiliation

.

This feels wrong, because the field is storing info about the organization and the person's role in it. If all affiliations are stored together, then there's no way to know what role applies to which organization.

Both are valid, according to the MADS schema.

Maybe it's worth explaining to people that there isn't a way to include multiple affiliations, but rather they can only add one affiliation to Islandora and then put all organizations and roles in that single affiliation. It's likely someone will eventually ask about this.
