MODS forms create accessCondition with the wrong type attribute values #77

MODS forms (both MODS Simple Entry and Full MODS form) both create accessCondition with types that are not the two recommended types in the MODS standard and guidance from Library of Congress. The forms create it as "useAndReproduction" and "restrictionOnAccess". It should be "use and reproduction" and "restriction on access".

Change to forms is currently on all test sites, and will roll out to production along with the RightsStatements.org fields.

Hmmm... This form will leave the inconsistent metadata intact.
