Grid view vs list view for collections: No alt tags on collection images in list view

The public view of collections (ie. the default homepage) has a way to toggle between grid view and list view.

When the toggle is on grid view, the collection name shows up as the alt tag for each collection thumbnail image.

When the toggle is on list view, there is no alt tag for the collection thumbnail image.

This affects the default homepage for PALMM Islandora https://palmm.digital.flvc.org
