Banner images on collection homepages do not have an alt tag (or any way to add one)

On a collection homepage, the theming for the collection is done by uploading datastreams. The BANNER datastream is just an image that you upload and you name the datastream "BANNER". There isn't any way to enter an alt tag.

Here are examples:

• PALMM Islandora homepage: https://palmm.digital.flvc.org (the picture of the palm frond and words "PALMM Digital Collections").

• Random PALMM collection: https://palmm.digital.flvc.org/islandora/object/palmm%3Abigc (white writing on green saying "Big Cypress Collection")

This was fixed last week. Alt tags were added to all pics, and institutions were notified. Instructions about alt tags were emailed to the Islandora SubGroup listserv, and instructions were added to the FIG wiki.
