MODS Simple Entry removes <originInfo><issuance>monographic</issuance></originInfo> from MODS

The MODS Simple Entry form removes <originInfo><issuance> from records when editing.

Looks to be because the drop down menu has "monograph" rather than "monographic".

This is a controlled field, and according to Library of Congress's MODS usage guide, it should be "monographic". See https://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/userguide/origininfo.html#issuance

Checking over Oct 2018 OAI-PMH harvests: As of Oct. 2018:

• 7 records on Broward's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• 42 records on FAMU's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• 350 records on FAU's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• 1282 records on FGCU's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• no records on FSU's site with either monographic or monograph.
• 1 record on GCSC's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• no records on IRSC's site with either monographic or monograph.
• 5 records on LSSC's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• no records on SCF's site with either monographic or monograph.
• no records on SPC's site with either monographic or monograph.
• 141 records on UCF's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• 104 records on UWF's site with monographic; none with monograph.
• no records on Valencia's site with either monographic or monograph.

Problem:

• HCCFL has 36 records with monograph, and none with monographic. --> All manually corrected (17 as of Sept. 4, 2019).

Updated forms (see commit to fl_islandora_forms from today - Sept. 4, 2019) and checked sites for monograph vs monographic. Manually changed all HCCFL's monograph items to monographic.
