Very useful for testing scenarios where typical test course names (e.g. "Test course 1" through "Test course 50") don't give you enough to search on either short or full names, as in MDL-27628.

This should be disregarded until MDL-49224 is integrated into core Moodle. Sorry! Will resubmit later.

Like it a lot, going to make a pull request to add support for specifying a category (needed for testing https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-48456)

"Short name is already used for another course (CMM101 Introductory Communications I)" We should try another short name when this error happens. At the moment it kills everything :(
