Behat 3.x expect format and out parameters to be one after other and doesn't support concatenation

Thanks a lot Raj. I really like the fact that Moodle core development is considering updating MDK.

Just a question. Did Behat 3 lose the formatters HTML and Failed?

Yes Fred,

HTML formatter is implemented by 3rd party which is not included in moodle-behat-extension upgrade https://github.com/Behat/Behat/issues/359.
Failed formatter is deprecated as --rerun use caching
junit formatter is implemented in 3.1.RC1, we are waiting for release and will upgrade moodle-behat-extension to Behat 3.1.0 ASAP after release.
