All behat directories will be created within $CFG->behat_dataroot, so parallel and single runs can be handled and it doesn't pollute user host system

So what happens between 3.2.0 and 3.2.2? Does this patch work for them?
I've always tried not to break any existing functionality as Moodle evolved.
I added a commit to handle both. Thanks!
