Looking at the SumAll.SumUpJustFixcnt method It appears that it is summing all the biomass values for each individual tree with out applying the tree's expansion factor. When calculating those same values for other cruise methods the expansion factor is being used. This would presumably make a difference when doing FixCNT with 1 tree per diameter class per plot vs each tree with a tree count of 1.
