Advanced Keyword Highlighting Enhancements

Add functionality to enhance keyword highlighting on Vine pages by doing the following:

• Modify options to select color for keyword tile highlighting (to differentiate from new items (bookmarks)
• Modify tiles.js and CSS to leverage selected color for keyword highlighting

In the future, it would be cool to have keyword groups, so that colors could be assigned based on groups, but that is for a different day.

Themeing is a concept already being thought about as well... It could tie into this, but there is a lot of base styling that needs to exist first....lots of conflicting css
