much like in TiddlySpace: [[foo]]@bar should link to /bar/foo

twp.markdown already supports spacelinks, so these just need to be adapted -- update: https://github.com/tiddlyweb/tiddlywebplugins.markdown/pull/22

agreed - having this early would avoid having to convert hard links later on
