ensure revision list conforms to the interface expectations #7

according to @cdent:

it's up to the store to do the sorting [of revisions], but the output of list_tiddler_revisions has a form: [0] is the most recent tiddler, [-1] is the oldest

Even if the behavior is correct, we don't have a test for it yet.
