Asynced credits and more #223

Im backkk This is gonna mainly be for the asynced credits menu rework as you could see from the title but also for other general improvement / fixes Im planning on making more kind of credits displayer types too :p

Edit: So in the end I've also added antialiasing to the arrows in the storymode menu and changed the default value of the bool for tweening the game strums (now it's gonna depend on the skip transition aka: did the stage have a trans in? if yes theyre gonna tween otherwhise no, this is good for things for example like when you play a song in storymode, so you wont see the arrows disappear out of nowhere and do the tween)

okay i had to do .persistent = true, im so dumb lmfaoo i thought just because i was working with bitmapdatas it wouldnt work since .persistent was about flxgraphic (but the add function actually RETURNS a flxgraphic💀💀)
