Enhancement: optimized popups #308

Please check for duplicates or similar issues before creating this issue.

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

There should be some lighter popups for stuff (popups from warnings) because my pc lags on them. I'm talking about popups like, less animation, effects and shaders if any shader is used on it.
