Possible future directions for ChRIS

Get regional hospitals to contribute some funding with the payback of MPC via ChRIS on data for clinical benefit

Ellen has good leverage here.

Possibly consider outside of Radiology

Need a compelling "story" / win for each hospital

Long lead time for funding / slow / incremental.

Need startup company partner.

Seems to have its own set of optimization problems and possibly very market (ie money) focused).

Need at minimum a partner/person who can "run" the business / "sales" / "evangelizing" part.
Possible candidates: someone who has just completed a big "exit" and wants to be part of a new venture.
