This is test PR to check if oc cluster up is working fine with docker running.

The tests are passing now, will make changes in this PR related to deploying pman and pfioh within OpenShift cluster and updating endpoints in pfcon to match route exposed within OpenShift cluster.

@husky-parul - Squashed this, as discussed offline, since you tested it locally, we are good to go.
