New ChRIS at NMR: "machris"

machris at NMR

A new virtual machine has been instantiated at NMR, run on core servers (i.e. it is no longer running off our potentially unstable and old host machines at NMR).

We need to:

• forward PACS pull traffic to both chris:10501 and machris:10501
• verify / test config.inc.php for new machine name

Since there will now be two ChRIS instances at NMR we can use the "original" chris as a test platform and the machris as a production platform.

Port forwarding

Based on initial research, it seems that port forwarding to two different destinations concurrently isn't easy (or even possible?)

New strategy:

• setup chris.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu to use AETITLE: ELLENGRANT
• setup machris.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu to use AETITLE: ELLENGRANT-CH

knowing:

• ELLENGRANT --> kaos:10401
• ELLENGRANT-CH --> kaos:10402
