Add wiki link to FOG web UI page when creating a new image #372

We added an information bubble including a link to the wiki for extended information on image types to the FOG web UI (2c17837). Though this was only added to the edit image settings page and it's probably even more important to have it on the add new image page as well.

Closing this now manually as Tom added this to working-1.6 already and the automatic close on keyword "fix" didn't work...
