Arch Linux Patches #492

Need to pre install vsftpd and xinetd and start services before installation

We were actually thinking about dropping Arch support altogether because there is no one maintaining it. Would you be keen to take over the Arch support maintenance?

If so I may ask you to send in a fresh pull request based on the dev-branch (no master).
