I also tested this on linux 6.6.1 and it looks like yet another option was added in 6.6.22 i.e. # CONFIG_SCSI_UFS_HPB is not set
But this is working with these options.
It's possible that only the BSG option is needed in addition to the PCI option, I have not been able to test every possibility. These modules don't add much to the kernel though.
