usage with multiple barcodes #69

Hi! Thanks for this useful tool! I am trying to use it with multiple samples in parallel but it seems I am not having much luck.

Do you know whether this is possible and how?

Thank you for using our tool!

At the moment, running multiple samples in parallel is not supported. However, I am currently going through the code to see how we could implement it, as it has been requested by several users.
