V0.1 tweaks to add from V0.2 #10

Added the keep alive and hall parts in the V0.2 Shortage edition.

Make sure to update the basic version of the board if the chip shortage ever eases up.

Actually just deleting the V0.1 non-shortage version. If/when there is reason to change the shortage version then we just go direct to a new version
