I have mentioned this a few times in the past but i would like to start discussing it more.
Traction control with DBW is a really nice feature that can separate FOME from others.
Lookup table for allowed % of slip based on VSS.
Axle speeds rather than individual wheel speeds. AKA, average each wheel on that axle.
PID table for the throttle position to compensate for slip
Would existing timing table be sufficient if we can have it adjust based on slip %?
On boosted application, can it turn off a boost controller to control traction as well? Or do we approach it with more aggressive throttle closure based on MAP? small throttle fluctuations dont always result in reduced power with boost.
