Dear Fome maintainers what's up with your GHA?

https://github.com/rusefi/fome-fw loves to be be ahead. Is the official procedure to disable actions on forks? but that has it's own negative consequences.

The official recommendation is to not use the master/main branch at all on a fork.

Would be happy to consider PRs that short-circuit certain actions if origin != github.com/fome-tech/fome-fw
