Update Prometheus config #121

Replace prometheus role with cloudalchemy.prometheus.
Add new host server002.
Add new hostlist event-prometheus-servers.
Add config for cloudalchemy.prometheus.
Move Prometheus related roels to playbook.
Add host target discovery role.
