WIP: Cleanup DHCP config #156

Remove video hosts from DHCP server.
Split dhcpd settings into a separate yaml file.

@RichiH Looking at the interfaces on server001 and server002, it seems like we don't have this subnet on the server anymore. Should completely remove DHCPd service from the server hosts?
