Adds an improved and a bit more responsive and mobile-friendly UI for control.video.fosdem.org. Integrates audio monitoring directly pulling from InfluxDB.
Tried (with @krokodilerian) to directly embed the Grafana panels, it didn't work as well as we hoped. Thus, we had to pull several external libraries and write our own visualisation plugin.
